ENVY 4512
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot print in color from my HP Envy 4512 from my main pc. When the printer was first installed several months ago it printed in color just fine but then it just stopped. It will print in color from my secondary pc and my laptop. The test page will print in color from the pain pc but nothing else. I have uninstalled and re-installed the device multiple times. I have rebooted my pc, changed the ink cartridges and followed the instructions from the troubleshooting guide.  Also when you go to Printer Properties or Printer Preferences it does not give you the option to select color.

I don't know what else to do to fix this.

Have a look at :

OfficeJet 3830 Color option missing from printer preferences - HP Support Community - 8264615

The workaround could also work for your specific HP printer. If it is the case, thanks to give feedback.
