Hi everybody 

 

I am at my wits end with this to say the least. I have had the printer for a week and it has worked for one day otherwise it has not. 

 

The HP app has never recognised my printer automatically (the devices are close there are no interferes in between them)

 

I have tried installing the printer manually (through add device) and after dozens of attempts yesterday it worked and I printed fine, however, i come back today and printer is showing offline again.

 

I have followed all the advice to take the printer from offline but nothing was applicable.Today I have reinstalled the app numerous times no joy have tried manually installing and this time the device is found but upon installing the message "driver not installed" is present (which did not happen yesterday) I again tried having deleted all traces of the printer again no joy.

 

I then though as a last resort I would print from my mobile, the app installed fine found the printer fine (unlike my laptop) and I thought ok a temp solution is found, however when I print from the app it just gets stuck and the message "hp print service your print is being processed" just sits on my phone and my printer does nothing.

 

I am starting to think this a faulty machine really could do with printing asap

Should have added as per other threads I have read on here I have reset my router, printer and laptop numerous times as well

 

 

I have also talked to an agent here followed all steps and nothing helped
