Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am unable to print from my computer - attached by USB. I can scan to the computer. I can send a test internal print page -not a test page from the computer. I can print from my iPhone. I just can't print initiated from my computer. I have reinstalled the software many times to know avail. Incidentally, I am using windows 10 - I upgraded to windows 11 and noticed the printer problem (it may have been an issue before the upgrade). I downgraded back to windows 10 hoping that would solve the issues.  Any advice of suggestions are appreciated.

Sounds like it is connect to your network one way or another. You may see TWO logical printers on your machine, please check and select one as your default printer.
