I have an HP ENVY 5052. I am going through the HP Easy Start steps on my Macbook Pro and I'm being held up at the HP Product Improvement Study section. It asks what I use by displaying "I primarily use HP Products and services:" with drop downs for "In the home" and "In a business."
For me, the "In the home" option and the "for personal use" option in the drop down are selected by default which both are the case for me...
I am stuck here on the HP Product Improvement Study page
The issue is, there is a text box below that is undefined. I have no idea what to put in this box. It looks like it accepts a set of five numbers, adds a dash and then a set of four numbers.
I put zeros in the text box to show the format it is calling for
When I leave the text box blank it does not let me continue. What is this program asking for?

Hi @Sinimyn,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with setting up your printer.
If the hardware is successfully setup, Please follow the steps below to connect your printer to the network.
1) Enable Wi-Fi setup mode: When you turn on your printer for the first time, it is temporarily placed in Wi-Fi setup mode so that it can be discovered during setup. Use the printer control panel to restore Wi-Fi setup mode, and then set up the printer again. Go to Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer for more information.
2) Refer to this link to use the HP smart app on your phone/tablet/PC to add a printer.
Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
