@cristefania, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If HP Easy Start is getting stuck at "Loading HP account" during setup on your HP ENVY Inspire 7924e All-in-One Printer with Windows 11, here are several steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Check Internet Connection
- Ensure your PC has a stable internet connection.
- Avoid using VPNs or proxies during installation.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- This tool can automatically detect and fix many common setup issues.
Temporarily Disable Antivirus/Firewall
- Sometimes security software can block HP Easy Start from connecting to HP servers.
- Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall, then try running the installer again.
Use HP Smart App Instead
- Download the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store.
- It often provides a smoother setup experience and may bypass the issue entirely.
Try a Clean Reinstall
- Uninstall HP Easy Start and any HP printer software from your system.
- Restart your PC.
- Download the latest version of HP Easy Start from the official HP website.
- Run the installer as Administrator (right-click > Run as Administrator).
Create/Sign in to HP Account via Browser
- Go to HP Account Portal and sign in or create an account.
- Then retry the setup in HP Easy Start — sometimes pre-authenticating helps.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
