The printer was set up with no problems and was working fine. For some reason it has started cutting off the printing on the page. When I go in to word the page set up keeps defaulting to A4 borderless. This does not seem to be just a problem in word or on my Mac as it happens no matter what computer I print from. I have tried deleting the software from my mac and reinstalling it but now it will not find my printer when I try to reinstall.

Hi thanks for your help. I think this has now worked. I am able to print and it does not cut off the edges of the printing. However, when I print from my Imac it seems to be connecting to the printer as a 'shared network printer' from my laptop. Does that make sense? I still cannot reinstall the software on my imac. Not sure if this is important? Does this mean I can only print from here if my laptop is on and connected to the network?
Thanks for your help.
