My fairly new printer does not work with Mac OS Big Sur. This operating system does not even appear at HP. Can somebody help me?

Thank you for posting back.
Let's try this:
- 1) Turn off the Router, Printer, and computer/ mobile devices.
- 2) Wait for 60 seconds.
- 3) Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.
- 4) Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.
- 5) Turn on the computer/ mobile devices.
Keep me posted!

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the operating system version?
- Are you using HP smart app? Are you getting any error message or code?
Keep me posted for further assistance.

@Sebix
Thank you for posting back.
Let's install the printer using Airprint driver:
1.) Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.
2.) Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, If your printer is listed, click the printer name, click the minus sign to delete the printer.
3.) If you see multiple printer queues for the same printer, remove all extra printers by selecting them one at a time, and then clicking the minus button at the bottom of the list.
4.) Click the plus sign click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name.
5.) Click the Use or Print Using menu, select AirPrint in the pop-up menu. Then click Add. Select AirPrint from the Use menu
6.) Try to print.
And, also update the printer firmware: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi Echo... it doesn't work. I receive the message attached (it means: an unexpected error occurred while trying to add the selected device. Unable to communicate with the printer at this time.) But printer is on, and it is connected, I can see it with the green tic and I'm able to see the ink level and eveything.
I've tryed to reinstall everything from 0 without success. Any other suggestion? The printer was working fine with my former iMac OS Catalina.
