Hi
I am having the worst time of my life with the absolutely stupidest of printer drivers ever.
I wanted a printer that could print at home, work with our computers and simply work like any other printer I have had during my life which is:
1. Install printer drivers and make sure everything is connected.
2. Print from any of my programs as I see fit including having the printer printing the size of an image I have created and of course printing directly from Photoshop - Mine is old but honestly
Ok
What I got - A printer driver forcing me to repeat the same steps over and over again - When I finally found a nonadvertising clean driver without the bleeding HP whatever inc - then IT WORKED - UNTIL TODAY when it all started over again until the driver jumps around and then tells me that it is installed - which it is not - and of course it had lost the ability to print from photoshop which it was able to do two weeks ago.
What can I do? It is a printer - I have never had this kind of trouble with a printer.
Oh yes it prints from the wifes computer - except it makes everything scaled instead of printing the actual size of the picture as it was created and there is not any way to change it in the menus
I have never experienced anything like this and any suggestions except clean install of my system is appreciated. What I really would like is a real driver file.
Thanks
Magnus

Welcome to HP support community.
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Remove all instances of the same.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Restart the PC again.
Download and install printer full feature driver

I hope that helps.
