Thanks for the information @Maurimai!

 

Right-click the Start button and select Run.

Type services.msc and then press OK.

Locate the Shell Hardware Detection service and press Restart.

can you see the following dialog about the WIA service? does it restart with no additional errors?

Scroll down and locate the Windows Image Acquisition service,

can you see the service is running and set to Automatic Startup as shown below?

hi,

i did what you suggested.

the wia service was already running and automatic

but the scanner HP LJ200 M276  don't work

(no connection with the scanner).

And what about my first question?

 

Can you see the dialog about the WIA service (Restart other services) when restarting the Shell Hardware Detection service as shown in the first picture or not?
