Hello,
I have a problem with my printer. Two months ago I've succesfully installed this printer without any problem. Today after reinstalling my system I can't do it. When I start installer everything goes well until files are being copied. Everytime at 20% of instalation I get "Critical error" message - no explanations, no error numbers, nothing - only phrase "Critical Error". I've tried to install printer via USB cable and WiFi. Printer works, I have 2 other PCs in my LAN and there are no problems.
I've tried every single solution from HP offical site - no results.
My PC has Windows XP SP3 32bit installed.
Any ideas ?

Hello again,
I just want to tell you that I run Windows Update today and I succesfully installed drivers. I have no clue what was the issue, but everything works properly.
Thanks for help anyway.

Hello,
The problem seems to be with drivers.
I tried solutions from link you have posted here. Doesn't work for me. After I installed Microsoft Uninstall Tool (and net.Framework 2.0 - because I was prompt to do it) HP driver installer wasn't working at all - error after double clicking setup.exe. After I uninstalled net.Framework 2.0 I was back to the starting point.
I think it's installer fault. It gives me an error exactly at 20% (after files are copied) - "critical error" message - no other words. This happens when I try to install printer via WiFi.
Another thing is when I try to install printer via USB cable (option in installer), after I am prompted to connect USB cable, I connect it. After couple seconds I see Windows searching for new USB hardware and I see it finds HP MVP 125nw, but after this I get error from windows - this hardware can't be installed - and then HP installer freezes - I mean it counts time to infinity.
Maybe I should install some other software like framework (got version 4.0 on my PC at this moment). Maybe you tell me the way to install driver withour using HP installer.
Strange thing is I have same version of Windows, same everything just as before reinstalling system. Before I got no problems with this drivers - it took me 1 min to install everything. Now I can't install drivers on a very fresh system.
