Printer is in network controlled mode, therefore the interactions on the 2-line control panel is not usable.
Forgot the password for network login..
How can I retreive the password or factory reset the printer without using the control panel and without loging on via network or USB connection?
Network and USB connection it will ask for the password that I dont remember..

This is a great place to get support, find answers to your technical queries.
The only option to factory reset the printer is using the printer front panel.

I am facing 3 issues
1) i forgot user id and password of the product, can you help me to find out, what would be the default id and password.
2) resetting the printer, i am tried from menu but menu access is dissabled, so can not do reset from printer nor from the web as i dont have user id and password.
3) My scanner is working fine and printer driver is not loading, i did reinstall but no success.
can someone assist

I Understand you need instructions on resetting the admin password,
And to help you out,I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. The reason why we are utilizing the steps in private is because these steps are specific to your printer.
Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
