I have followed all instructions and cannot get my printer to work with our new router. Can you please send me instructions to reset to factory settings to start over. We have tried everything -- and spent hours trying to get the printer to work, to no avail. Thank you

Hi,
This resource shows how to Reset to factory defaults for the HP LaserJet Pro M28 & M29 printers.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mG6PQQbyu2M
This is for a network connected printer that is still connected
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BrCFfDmY030
This is using USB connection, if the network connection is lost, use USB connection to access Device Toolbox through the HP Printer Assistant of the HP FULL software solution.
The HP FULL software solution needs to be installed first:
Hope that helps!
