I have just purchased a HP color laserjet pro MFP 3301 for my small business and I am trying to set up scan to email. I have created the 2 users for my business and added our emails to the email servers. When i try to test the emails from the IP web browser site i get an error "Network error". When I try to scan on the printer it just cancels the job. The printer is connected to the wifi and the network is good. I will need to scan multiple documents to my email. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is super frustrating.

I would look closely at your network settings to make sure that you have proper DNS settings. Depending on your wireless infrastructure, there could be compatibility issues between the printer and your existing network hardware. If you can manage a temporary wired connection that would help rule out that possibility.
