HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w

I have an HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w.  It is on my wireless network. I can verify because I can  reach the IP address at 192.168.3.36 through a web browser.

I cannot get the drivers installed. The HP Smart software installed through the windows store or as a downloadable .exe searches my network and doesn't find the printer. I manually add the IP address, and it searches the network again but can't find the device.  It continues doing this loop forever.

Some of my screenshots are messed up. If you need me to redo them, let me know. I think the gist is there. It keeps asking for the IP address, I keep giving the IP address, and then it keeps asking.
