The HP Smart app cannot find drivers. When I download and install driver directly from HP I get this error:
Call to driverpackageinstall returned error 32 for package...
...A component of the driver package in the DIFx driver store is locked by a thread or process.
The printer worked fine for months without installing a driver directly. This just started. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Smart App. Not sure if it is a Windows update issue or what.

Please restart your computer and try reinstalling the HP Software again.

HELLO HP. This is a new printer. Still no answers on this discussion thread. Really need you to support your product. This is a brand new purchase. It worked for weeks and has not been working since. Have followed all online troubleshooting steps. Need a solution.
