Hello,

 

I have gone through this process multiple times with no success.

 

My initial issue was that the printer would not print in color.  I followed trouble shooting instructions from this thread: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Archive-Read-Only/Suddenly-cannot-print-in-color-HP-Office-Je... and uninstalled the printer. 

 

Following those instructions, I downloaded software found here:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-3830-all-in-one-printer-series/7172321...

 

Now, when I try to reinstall, I get all the way to the activation step and then receive the following message:

 

"We're sorry, we don't support this device or operating system"  

 

The laptop I am attempting to install the software on is an HP Notebook 15.  The operating system is Windows 10 home version 19044.1586

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
