OfficeJet Pro 6978 is only printing blank pages. It is also only printing blank pages when copying as well (in black and color). I've tried cleaning the heads a number of times and all ink cartridges are brand new and installed correctly. Print Quality Reports are all printing blank. Please help!! Can't get my work done!

Hi @Joazee,
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps!

Already done the steps that's recommended to solve this issue and still the printer is still copying and printing blank pages. It prints colored pages but not blank. My color ink cartridge is almost out just because of the print head cleaning that I've been doing and I just got it. I've never even used it yet for work and now almost out just because of printhead cleaning.
