Hi all,
I have a brand new HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. I've configured it to be a network device on our office LAN.
In Windows 10 and macOS 10.11, I just let the OS auto-fetch the printer drivers and I'm able to print in colour. All is well.
On macOS 10.12 and 10.13 (on several different Macs), I can only print in black and white. The standard print dialog doesn't even have options to turn colour on/off. I tried also installing the 'HP Easy Start' software, but that didn't help.
Before I return it for a refund, I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this issue.
Thanks,
Sean
