I have spent two days trying to get this printer to complete installation (macbook and iphone). I get errors on the printer, I get errors on the HP SmartApp. The most consistent error is: UA_400_EB000U0410, unable to register the printer to your account
I have restored the printer to factory default twice and followed the app install procedures. Still won't complete installation.

Hi @SQuirk,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I understand that you are facing issues with installation. I'd like to help!
Let's try these steps to resolve the issue:
Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor: Follow the steps from the link: Click here
Root level uninstall and reinstall printer drivers:
- Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Officejet printer entries and uninstall them.
- Now go to the Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
- Then press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" and press enter.
- Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
- Again, go running window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to the Hewlett Packard folder, and remove any printer-related folders & files.
To reinstall, click here.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
