Product: HP Photo Creations

Can anyone tell me how to run HP Photo Creations. I have downloaded (twice) but when you run it an error comes up telling me to check internet conection and time/date   Please don't Insult me like that.

 

The eroor also states that it can't establish a secure conection... I note with interest 'secure'  even the web site does not have a secure conection so is that the problem... They don't have a secure conection??

I'm not sure if this is the right board or not and a google search  finds an archived entry which seems to have never resolved the problem, which was/is quite common. ..

Was this issue ever resolved? If so would someone advise me as to how I cure the secure conection issue.

Aslo. Why does it need a secure conection to an obscure server? 'Pocketlife server'

OK it seems I am a little daft after alll. After reading the details on the web site I note

 

HP is retiring the HP Photo Creations program on November 30 2019 The software will no longer run after that date. You can continue to print cards, photos, and other projects as normal until November 30.  Seems strange that they do still have a live download, so you end up downloading software they know wont run.. Odd...

 

I leave thiis here as others may end up looking to see what is wrong with the download.

 

Time to look for another pfoto printing/editing software.
