Starting HP Print and Scan doctor produces a script error.  It will seemingly run fine if I say yes to the question do I want to continue anyway.  I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the Print and Scan doctor with the "newest" version, but I continue to receive the same error.  Would sure like to know why; I see other people the same issue...and this is not the first time I have made contact with HP regarding this silly error.

Hi @ShelbyMF

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

Hello asmita6658:

This morning when I started Print and Scan Doctor to review the script error I did not recieve the script error I had mentioned in my original message.  I don't know why not!  I'm thinking this issue should still be investigated given that it seems now to be intermittant!
