Same problem with HP Envy 6032. How do i clear this

HP Recommended

I have this same problem. I would really to just remove it from the updates window.  But nothing I have tried has helped.

I have exactly the same issue in windows update (HP - Printer - 3.2.1.2285 install error 0x800f020b), which blocks all windows updates. My printer is HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdn

I tried the windows update troubleshooters, the HP Print & Scan Doctor, with and without USB connection, with no success. I need a solution!

I am getting the exact same error in Windows 11!  My printer is an Officejet Pro 9015.  I am getting updates for other software and systems.

It would be nice if HP could provide a solution as it seems to affect many on here

I have the same problem.

Nearly 50 users have the same problem. And HP provides no other solution .

I have tested all problem solution tipps from [content removed]

from trivial to diving deep into the details of windows update.

Nothing worked.

Either remove this **bleep**ty update package. Or provided precise hints to diagnose in more detail:

  • It does not depend on the printer model (just in case you have to ask again: mine is HP OfficeJet Pro 8730).
  • Rebooting does not help
  • Restarting windows update does not help
  • Just template answers do not help

Please invest some real expertise to help 50 or more people with this problem.

Well said. Obviously a widespread issue so why haven’t HP provided a solution. Very poor customer support.

Same errors here with my 9020.

Jumped through all the hoops HP offered...still error...been that way for months.

Apparently HP does not care, eh?
