Dear Krazy Toad, well I did both of those items. This was the message I got when I finished.
Windows resource protection found corrupt files and we successfully repaired them.
After that I changed Adminstrator and re started computer, tried to print out of word pad, nothing. Went into to que then it disappeared. Nothing. I don't have a color cartridge so I have to change always to black and white. Yesterday I printed an address ftom PayPal on my tablet, works perfect.

Create a TCP IP port
1. Print a Configuration Page to get the printer's IPv4 address (you can also tap on the wireless icon on the front panel of your Printer to get the IP address)
2. On your PC, go to Control Panel, from Devices and Printers, right-click the printer and left-click Printer Properties, select the Ports tab.
3. Click Add Port, select Standard TCP/IP Port, then select New Port and follow the wizard.
4. Type in the proper IP address for the printer.
This video resource will show you how to do it:
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
Have a great day!

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
Next try assigning a Manual IP Address
1) Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to obtain the IP address.
2) Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
3) Go to "Network" tab - General - Select "Network protocols" - Select "Enable IPv4 only" (or similar) - Apply the settings.
4) Go to the “Network” tab – Click on “Wireless (802.11) – Then click on “Network address (IPv4)
5) Click Manual IP
6) If you see a Suggest a Manual IP Address button, click Manual IP address, and the Manual IP addresses are automatically filled out for you.
7) If your page does not have a button to suggest a manual IP address, type the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway using the numbers shown in the report you printed.
Thank you
KrazyToad

Since the printer is working with other Devices except with the Windows 10 Computer this could be an issue with the Windows 10 OS
A Reset of the Windows 10 and then reinstalling the Printer might help
Thank you
