HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

HP Smart shows HP Officejet pro 6970 printer offline but it prints OK but won't scan.

 

Have plugged and unplugged printer and computer but still same.

Previously had same problem with wifi printing (also turned modem off and on) to no avail so changed to wired, but same problem.

Thoughts?  I

Hi @miketv1 

Maybe the full drivers are missing and need to download to have scan option.

 

Download drivers and then install from the next link:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/Officejet_6970_Full_Webpack.exe

 

* Click YES   to say thank you,
