HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer

Since upgrading to Windows 11, scanner is not connected.  Have gone through the driver updates, uninstall, reinstall, etc etc etc, nothing changes. Any ideas that I haven't tried. I've done everything available on the HP support pages for this program and issue, nothing is working. Time for a new printer or what?

I had performed this procedure multiple times to no avail. I went back and uninstalled any app associated with HP. Removed the device, removed the scanner and restarted several times. The last time I tried, I disconnected the power, deleted the wireless connection and used a cable for connection. I reinstalled everything and it is printing and scanning now. Haven’t tried printing from a smart phone.
