I am unable to find the HP Scan Twain Setup Wizard.  Various instructions tell me how to find it, but they all result in dead ends.  HP can do better than this.

There is a full set of instructions available at:

A. https://support.hp.com/us-en/search?q=HP%20Scan%20Twain%20Setup%20Wizard

B. https://virtualagent.hpcloud.hp.com/?BotClient=Web&BotSubClient=WebDirect&SerialNumber=&SerialNumber...

But, using these instructions, I cannot get to the Wizard so I can install the Scan Twain Driver.

The problem I am attempting to overcome is related to the scanning software ReadIris Pro 17.   ReadIris is either unable to open the Twain SourceManager or cannot communicate with the scanner.  Further, ReadIris Help tells me that the TWAIN driver is preferred over the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) driver.  But, HP doesn't make it easy to get to the TWAIN driver.

I have found another solution for my problem, or at least I hope I have.  That solution is to restart the WIA driver from the Services windows.  (see at: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/ReadIris-Pro-17-Can-t-Communicate-with-... )

Hopefully, HP will make clear how to update the TWAIN driver for Windows 11.

Thanks.
