Product: HP Smart APP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Keep trying to download HP Smart. get sent to microsoft store, find the app, download it but then the HPAiO Remote app gets installed, which is for a mobile device not a desktop.

HP Smart is supported on Windows 10 1803 (Build 17134) and later, therefore it won't install.

 

Please update your operating system and then you may install HP Smart:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/update-windows-10-3c5ae7fc-9fb6-9af1-1984-b5e0412c556a

That did it! my computer kept failing at the update until i updated the Realtek Bluetooth - then we made progress.  Thanks!
