Product: HP OfficeJet 6958 All-in-One Printer

I had a brief power outage last week and ever since then my two HP printers HP6958 & envy Pro 6455) show offline and cannot get them back online. I tried the HP smart app diagnose and fix feature. It cannot locate my printers. Both printers are connected to my wifi. I tried deleting and re-installing, but cannot install now as if it refuses to locate. I shot off the printers and my Mac and re-started them to no avail. any suggestions much appreciated.

         Hello Mechas,

 

From HP Smart, right-click the printer and select Forget Printer.

Now click the plus sign and follow the steps on screen to re-add the printer.

 

Mayo you see any difference?
