HP Smart Tank 7301 Error Message "E4" I installed ink completely but the carriage does not move to center and stop (as indicated in instruction manual) and I cannot install printheads. The error message indicates that there is a paper jam but that is incorrect as no paper was installed nor was there paper in the brand new printer. I am in Cuba with the printer (originally from U.S.A. where I bought printer) and although I have tried contacting support virtually, I do not get any help. When I return to U.S.A. I am going to return this useless overpriced printer that only gives problem after problem. It should not be so difficult to get a brand new printer working!
