HP OfficeJet Pro 9020e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

On 2 separate PCs I am running into the same problem trying to scan from a networked OfficeJet Pro 9020e using HP smart.

I click "scan", it takes me off to the browser, and it starts to open the login page, but then within a second or so I get the error below:

It's driving me crazy as I cannot scan. I have allowed cookies for HP in the browser settings.

Browser is Chrome, HP Smart is updated, and I have current full HP Scan drivers installed. Windows 11 is updated, and network settings are set to private network so devices are visible. The printer can otherwise be seen by and accessed by HP Smart, and I can print to the device. Just not scan. Any ideas?

To be honest this requirement within HP Smart to use an account is silly anyway. It should just scan!
