Product: 5255 HP Office jet

HP Smart wants to use my confidential information stored in HP Smart HPC Connected Last User Name in my keychain....this is what I get. I can not add the printer to my computer until this issue is resolved

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
  • What is the exact error message on the computer?
  • How is the printer connected, USB/Wireless?
