Hello, I got your email and i really didn't understand all your hp underscore stuff but it did make me curious and I right clicked on the hpsmart icon and I clicked on repair and that did not fix it.  So the I clicked on reset and that fixed it, yay!  I really appreciate your help! 

ps..I had not even looked back at my post I had put on until now, so I didn't see what you had put on here until now.  No matter, at least now it is fixed and I do owe it all to you!
