you would be mad if you had Blue tooth and then they took it off you

with all due respect .maybe you should get in contact with hp and let them know that you have solved the problem that they have been ignoring for 3 months now .or go work for them and fix it for everyone involved .just a thought

  1. goto programs and features - select view installed updates

uninstall the : MS flash update

2) use flash uninstaller - uninstall_flash_player.exe

3) uninstall ALL of HP solution center

4) restart

5) install these files from the zip (google search this : fp_32.0.0.344_archive.zip )

flashplayer32_0r0_344_win.exe (select do not auto update at the end)

flashplayer32_0r0_344_winpep.msi (right click install)

flashplayer32_0r0_344_win.msi (right click install)

6) restart

* make sure the folders "c:\windows\system32\macromed\flash & c:\windows\syswow64\macromed\flash"

contain the "FlashUtil32_32_0_0_344_pepper" files

7) install HP solution center

You can still make Hp Solution Centre Work with this easier method as follows (but it involves installing Flash):

1) Find and download this flash player installer: flashplayer32_0r0_371_winax.exe

2) Right-click flashplayer32_0r0_371_winax.exe and choose Troubleshoot Compatibility
3) Choose Windows 7

This will install the last version of Flash that did not have a kill switch.

Just make sure Flash is not enabled in your browsers.

I tried all the "solutions" I could find and none worked with my old but reliable Hp ScanJet 4370, except for this.
