Hey guys, hope I am not screaming in the void

I got this portable SSD as a gift for Christmas, and not even 6 months later it has completely stopped working on me, I am trying to contact customer support but the serial number on the product refuses to be recognized, just hoping someone can hear my screams as I loop through AI customer services, help forums, and searching through the website

Anyone can help out?
