ive restarted my modem, printer, phone and PC laptop. I reset the factory settings on the printer. I have 2.4 and 5 internet and I am actively trying to connect to 2.4 (they have different names) password is correct. The modem is 1 inch from the printer and internet is working well. It says cannot connect and to print test page. I do that and nothing prints out.
I have not tried to uninstall and reinstall BC I'm worried I won't be able to reinstall in.
Advice and assistance would be appreciated!

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did you make any changes to your printer?
- What's the Wi-Fi light status on the Printer(Blinking or Steady)?
This printer supports WPA encryption, check if the router is on the same encryption method. If using WEP or WPA-PSK+FT change it to WPA-PSK.
And, also let's prepare your printer for a wireless connection, and restart the printer, computer, and router.
- Turn the printer off, and then wait 10 seconds.
- Disconnect the printer power cord from the printer.
- Turn off the computer or the device you are trying to print from.
- Connect the printer power cord to the printer, and then turn on the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord from your wireless router, and then wait 10 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the router. Wait until Internet service is restored. Internet service is interrupted while the router is off.
- Turn on the computer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
