Printer is only couple months old but now it has froze multiple times with a blue screen with this code: D90774EC

So far, rebooting printer works but what's the root cause?

Any suggestions?

Thanks.  I've followed the steps you outlined.  Guess, only time will tell if the issue is fixed.

Disappointing that "There is no information available on that error code" -- it has to mean something to someone at HP.

Very thankful for the quick and clear reply.
