@Mohammad24, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to sign in to the HP Smart app.

Have you tried reinstalling the app from the Microsoft Store?

Use Firefox or Microsoft Edge, go to https://www.hpsmart.com/gb/en to sign in and check if that works.

Once signed in, try the app.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

I already re-installed the app and also looked for any updates. It still keeps asking to sign in but does not go anywhere when I try to sign in as it goes back to the same screen asking me to sign in.

On the HP Smart app log in screen, at the right top corner, tap the 3 dots and click on open in Chrome to check if this works.

If the issue persists,

On the computer, change the default web browser to Firefox or Microsoft Edge and check if that helps.

Let me know how it goes.

I changed the default browser to Microsoft Edge and the problem persisted. I did not find any dots or options in the log in screen, it simply asks you to sign in or create account with no other options. When I click on Sign in or create account it goes back to the main screen.

I appear to have the same issue but with an iMac. Printing is fine but trying to scan HP Smart keeps asking me to log in. When I do, it opens a 'hidden' web page (not my default browser) but still bounces me back to login. I can scan fine with my Windows laptop though.

The printer works fine printing and scanning one page documets to the laptop but the SmartApp is not working as it asks me to log in or create account repeatedly but does not load the log in page. I am on Windows 10. I can only scan several page document in the SmartApp so it is frustrating
