Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP printer and since recently it stopped working on PC. I removed it from HP Smart to re-add it and this is not working. Not only that, but I can print from my phone and directly from my PC, but the app shows me that it see the printer but that it should be turned on like showed on the screenshot. The first one is when I search for a new printer to add and the second one is when I try to add it, this message pop up.
