Deskjet 3750
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone, today I set up my new HP Deskjet 3750 printer but in doing so I activated HTTPS and also the administration password. Now I can't get access from the HP Smart application and even from the browser (all), now it's trying to figure out how to do a Hard Reset and not a reset of the wifi connectivity I've already tried and doesn't work, in fact it doesn't remove the administration password.

I forgot to mention that in the HP Smart application when I try to click on access nothing happens, this would solve my problem if I can only access the printer. Please help me restore it.

I solved the problem by running a VM with Windows 7, I visited the IP of the printer with internet explorer and enable ssl v3 and v2 and performing a hard reset on the printer. Thanks anyway for your help.

I would try the steps here if you cannot find instructions that address your printer in particular.
