Hi, I have a Hp Deskjet 2710e and there is an envelope and droplet on the screen .. And i have no clue what they are there for or how to get rid of them .. If anyone could help.. It would be much appreciated .... 🙂 Thanks

HP DeskJet 2700, 4100, 4800 Printers - Blinking Lights
The tiny envelope is an Instant Ink icon.
There do not seem to be any error lights in the image.
I would guess the little envelope icon is benign (not indicating any trouble).
Yeah, but...
If you have an Instant Ink subscription,
- The envelope is perhaps indicating the status.
- If you are concerned, log into your Instant Ink Account and Contact Instant Ink Support.
If you do NOT have an Instant Ink subscription,
- The envelope might simply be indicating the printer COULD support a subscription to the service.
- Unless there is a problem with the printer, ignore the little envelope icon.

When the website support page opens, Select (as available) a Category > Topic > Subtopic
