Ho do I access the print que from my iPad?

Printer is stopped.  A print job in the que needs to be deleted.  How can I access the print que from my iPad?

While a print job transmits to the printer, press the Home button  twice to open Apps Switcher, and then select Print Center. A summary of the print job settings and status displays, including an option to cancel the print job.

NOTE: 

To open Apps Switcher on an iPhone X, swipe up and hold from the bottom of the screen.
