Hello,

 

I have a HP MFP M282nw and I have bought compatible non-HP cartridge. I am getting the error that they are blocked because they are non-HP.

I understand HP want to force buying  non-HP cartridge but it is in my right to buy non-HP ones.

I went in the settings to disable the control for the cartridges. I was able to print one document (so the cartridge is working fine...) but then I got the error message back. How can I definitely get rid of the blocking?

Firmware version is 20230321.
