Hi, can anyone help? I recently had a new router installed. My laptop connects to wifi and so does my printer (HP Envy 4520) yet I cannot print. I printed off the wireless network test results and it told me that 'more than one access point/wireless router has been found that matches your wireless network name (SSID)' and to avoid this I should change the wireless network name. How do I do that? There are 11 network discovered on the 802.11 list and my new SSID appears 5 times with 4 different BSSID numbers! Please help! Thank you.

Hi@Gilli1,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are looking to change the wireless network name on the HP ENVY 4524 All-In-One Printer.
I have a few recommendations
Click the Utilities tab. Click Printer Setup & Software, and then click Reconfigure Wireless Settings. Follow the instructions to change the wireless settings.
- Push the "Wireless" button on the control panel. Press the down-arrow button to select "Wireless Setup Wizard."
- Push "OK" to view the list of available networks. Select "Enter New Network Name (SSID)" and then press "OK."
- Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the SSID. Select "Done" and then press "OK."
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
