Hi

I have bought a new HP laptop.

HP 17-cp009na 17.3 Ryzen 3 8GB 256GB laptop

I have set it up and when i have connected it to my brother printer DCP-J4120DW it will only print on one half of the paper - as if the set up is in booklet form.  Always on the left side.

I have looked at ALL the properties and preferences they are all on A4 portrait.  But still it prints on the left side of the paper.  I have NOT installed anything to connect to this printer.  It connected perfectly through the wifi.

Please can you help?  Can I install the printer in a different way?  On my previous laptop it works fine.

Thanks

Becky

Connecting the printer might not be enough - you might need to install the printer software.

Go to your Brother printer support page(s) to find software, manuals, and help for this product.

For example
