Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I discontinued HP Instant Ink and ordered new HP Ink cartridges. I got an email from HP suggesting that I disable automatic Firmware Updates. I have an Office Jet Pro 8030.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I'd like to help!

 

From the printer control panel display, touch the HP ePrint icon , then touch Settings and select Printer Update.

Touch Auto Update and then touch Off to disable automatic updates.
