How do I print the information page on my HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28-M31?

I am trying to set up wireless printing on my LaserJet Pro. Instructions ask me for the printer’s IP address. How do I find the IP address? My printer does not have a screen, nor does it have any of the buttons listed on the Help screen for printing the information page. Is there another way of finding the IP address?

I need to enter the IP address manually into my MacBook’s printer list because the printer is not showing up. The printer is on and connected to my Wi-Fi network. The MacBook is connected to the same Wi-Fi network (I hope, but how do I know for sure?)
