I understand you need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Let me know how it goes.

Please can you send me instructions to factory reset a 9015e? The setup has failed with the 123.hp.com barcode still blocking the screen on the printer and the admin password is not recognised if I access it via a network.
Thanks.

Hi @kaylanoelle7,
I'd like to help!
I understand you would like to reset the printer to factory defaults.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
To restore the printer to the original factory defaults
1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Printer Maintenance.
3. Touch Restore.
4. Touch Restore Factory Defaults. A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
