Hi, please urgently send me the reset instructions as well for the e9015.  The control panel is "locked" by an admin which is odd, as I never setup and my HP account does not work.  Therefore I cannot reset via the normal printer menu!  Help!!

When I turn on I see, "cartridge cannot be used...until enrolled in HP instant ink"

 

Formerly was enrolled. Looking to reconnect. 

 

But when I "hide" the first message I get "printhead must be aligned" and I can not proceed past that page to get to one that allows me to reconnect the printer or to check connection of the printer to the network.

I am also one of the 50 some-odd customers needed this reset information.  My Officejet Pro 9015 comes up and hangs trying to print an alignment page.  I've restarted it a dozen times and it always remember it was trying to do that.  I need to reset it and reinstall it from scratch.

Please help me reset my printer. The touchscreen gray's out all the options, displaying that they have been locked by the admin. But, I'm the owner and I never locked anything. I'm trying to update the wifi network but it won't let me access the wireless wizard.

I can't print a test page or any page.  I want to know how to set this printer, hp8600, back to factory settings so I can start over. So far all HP wants to do is sell me a new printer. Anyone know how to reset this printer?
