Welcome to the HP Community --

I am sorry you cannot print.

If the ink you purchased is not HP genuine ink, the cartridges must still contain an embedded HP chip.

Ask your ink supplier whether they adhere to this requirement -

Depending on the answer you receive, perhaps ask for a refund or replacement.

There is no legal way to bypass the requirement to use HP-chipped cartridges.

It`s not the Ink "PROBLEM". I`m using original ink refill kit, bought from this seller (trusted by me).

I`m using original cartridges that came with the printer. (with reused HP chips)

The problem is that, each print job is canceled by the printer itself (while printing), with error E0, together with low ink level indicator blinking on display and the Ink Alert light is blinking at the same time.

And it`s not a cartridge problem or bad contact / contacts surface problem.  I`ve checked.

When printer is restarted without touching cartridges, even without opening cartridge access door, all errors goes away !

It should work, but it`s not. It just forces me to by new cartridges.

So what is wrong?

Please reply.

This video is demonstrating error E0 while printing with refilled cartridges':

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U_DtJVvnIpM

HP declare that (quote) :
printers are intended to work only with cartridges that have new or reused HP chips or electronic circuitry.

Reused HP chips and electronic circuitry enable the use of reused, remanufactured, and refilled cartridges.

Video show that using refilled cartridges' actually is not possible due to error E0 triggered while printing.

This error forces users, who are using original refilled cartridges, to buy new cartridges.

OK -

You know more about this subject than do I.

My possibly erroneous understanding that while the practice of using refilled cartridges that meet the HP chip criteria might be tolerated by the printer, HP does not guarantee the use or suitability of using this type of ink cartridge.

Unfortunately, I do not have answer that will satisfy you.

I will forward your concern to our Moderators for Review and possible next actions.

Should there be a response, look for a message here before the agent uses other methods to contact you.
