How do I uninstall the Firmware version 2049A (26.3 MB) that was installed on my H.P. OfficeJet Pro 6978 on December 10, 2020? I have NOT been able to print since then?

I'm having the same issue. The printer will not connect to WiFi. I've tried two different networks on 2 different frequencies each. The printer works fine when connected via ethernet.
